Epson i3200 Printhead Damper Description

1. One-Piece Rubber Ring

The rubber part is made of special EPDM material

The one-piece rubber ring design ensures good coupling between the rubber ring and the printhead adapter. The rubber ring does not shrink or deform, ensuring that the coupling part does not leak or rebound.

2. 5μm Precision Filtration Mesh

High-quality filtration capability to prevent print head clogging

Effectively improves the service life of the print head and printing fluency; compact design with a large effective filtration area; widened and deepened input/output flow channels can handle a wide range of ink flow requirements.

3. Stable and Efficient Negative Pressure

The ink damper’s unique switch design, combined with a precise and stable spring force, ensures the stability, efficiency, and continuity of the switch’s opening/closing.

4. Double-Stage Intake

The double-stage intake can stabilize the ink tube to ensure no air or ink leakage.
